At Dibdaub.com, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality art prints that you’ll love. Please review our simple returns and refunds policy before placing your order.  

Our Quality Guarantee

We package all our prints with great care. We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, however, occasionally things don't arrive as they should. Please inspect your order delivery upon receipt and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Our policy is to replace any item damaged in transit, or if you received a different item to what you ordered. 

Please send photos of any damaged or incorrectly delivered item AND the packaging it arrived in so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible: info@dibdaub.com .

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries 

Any order unclaimed, returned as ‘undeliverable’ or lost due to an incorrect address, or returned to us due to unpaid custom duties or taxes is not refundable for the reasons outlined above. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are additional and for the customer’s account. We will contact you if we receive any returned orders to arrange re-shipping.

Refunds

We focus on offering a replacement for any issues with your order. Since all our products are made to order, refunds are typically not available.
